The Institute for Translational Research (ITR) is a remarkable team led by Dr. Sid O'Bryant dedicated to our why: achieving a world of optimal brain health for all.
We focus on exceptional translational research that will lead to precision medicine approaches to brain disease - including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Down syndrome, and Dementia with Lewy bodies.
Learn MoreResearch began in 2012 with a small team and a goal of matching biomarkers for a cognitive blood test.
All data recorded through our studies is shared publicly with the scientific community to aid others for scientific breakthroughs.
The HABS-HD study has the largest collections of brain scans for a study worldwide.
We are now a team of 80+ with data reaching over 32 countries worldwide.
Translational research bridges the gap between basic scientific discoveries and their practical application.
